High Pressure Manufacturing: HPL is produced through a high-pressure manufacturing process, which involves compressing the layers of resin-impregnated paper under pressures of around 70 to 100 bars (1,000 to 1,450 psi) and temperatures of approximately 120 to 160°C (248 to 320°F). This process creates a strong bond between the layers and results in a dense, durable material.
